Welcome to Arsu Journeys. By booking a package with us, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below, as well as any specific terms mentioned in your selected package itinerary.

Package-Specific Terms Apply:

Each travel packages includes its own:

  • Payment schedule
  • Refund & cancellation policy
  • Inclusion and exclusion details
  • Customers are responsible for reviewing the detailed policy mentioned in the respective tour Package.

Booking Policy:

  • Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of deposit of 50% or full payment.
  • Balance payment must be made 30 days before the journey, based on the package.
  • Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Arsu Journeys.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refund eligibility is subject to the policy of the chosen package. Below is a general guideline:

  • Cancellations received [30 days] before departure: full refund minus 50% of deposit amount received.
  • Cancellations received [15–29 days]: [25%] refund of deposit amount received.
  • Cancellations received less than [14 days]: no refund.
  • Refunds will be processed within [30 days].

Some components such as flight/train bookings, hotel stays, and visa fees may be strictly non-refundable as noted in the package.

Tour Operator Cancellation

  • Arsu Journeys reserves the right to cancel tours due to insufficient bookings, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • In the event of tour cancellation, no refund will be provided by the tour operator. However, any refund received from airlines, hotels, or other service providers will be passed on to the customer, strictly as per their respective terms and conditions.

Travel Documents & Insurance:

  • Travelers are responsible for obtaining valid passports and permits.
  • Comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, and baggage loss is strongly recommended.

Health & Safety

  • Tours comply with local and international safety standards.
  • Travelers must disclose any medical conditions that may affect participation.
  • Emergency contacts and support will be available during the tour.

Privacy Policy

  • Personal information (passport details, payment info) is collected solely for booking and operational purposes.
  • Data is stored securely and shared only with service providers (hotels, airlines) as required.
  • Arsu Journey complies with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR where relevant.

Code of Conduct

  • Travelers are expected to respect local cultures, laws, and environments.
  • Misconduct (harassment, illegal activities, disruptive behavior) may result in removal from the tour without refund.

Liability Disclaimer

  • Arsu Journeys is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the tour, except where caused by negligence.
  • Responsibility for third-party services (airlines, hotels) lies with the respective providers.

Jurisdiction

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore Karnataka.
